Full-stack web & mobile.
Web and mobile apps built end to end by one team: design, backend, front end and deployment. For businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools and need software that fits how they actually work.
01 — Problem and outcome
Your business runs on tools that were never built for it.
Spreadsheets, shared inboxes and off-the-shelf software held together by workarounds. Every workaround costs hours each week, and every new hire has to learn them.
One system that does what your business actually does.
Your team works in a single product, your customers get something that works on their phone, and you can see what is happening without asking around. Measured in the hours and errors it removes.
02 — The detail
Product scoping
A written scope covering features, screens and a launch date. It also says what is out of scope.
Design
Interface and user-flow design for web and mobile, signed off before build starts so you see the product before it exists.
Backend and database
APIs, data model, logins and permissions built around your data. Connections to tools you already use are included where scoped.
Web and mobile front end
A responsive web app and, where scoped, iOS and Android apps sharing the same backend.
Testing and launch
Testing on real devices, deployment, and monitoring through the first days after launch.
Handover
Repository, documentation and a walkthrough for your team. Ongoing changes are a separate retainer.
One week to pin down what gets built, what it costs and when it ships. You get it in writing.
Week 1 · fixed price, fixed dateWeekly demos on a real URL, not screenshots. You see progress and can change your mind while it is still cheap.

Retainer or repo handoffIt depends on where your users are. We recommend one in the scoping week, often a web app that works well on phones first, with native apps added once the need is clear.
Yes. We plan the migration so the old and new systems run side by side until you are ready to switch. That plan is part of scoping.
Typically 8–16 weeks, depending on how much goes into the first version. Once scoping is done you get a fixed launch date.
Fixed price. In the first week we scope the work, write down what is included and what it costs, and agree a launch date. If the scope changes later, we price the change before doing it, not after.
The finished product live, the code repository and handover documentation so another developer could pick it up. Stay on a retainer for changes, or take it in-house. Your call.
03 — Example build
A local SEO platform built from the ground up.
Talk through your version.
Tell us what you have and what you want it to do. On a first call we ask questions, tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, and outline a scope.
